COVID-19 Cases Sum Up To 165,901

COVID-19 cases across the country have summed up to 165,901.

Gatekeepers News reports that Nigeria Centre for Diseases Control (NCDC) shows that Nigeria has recorded 49 new cases across the country.

Lagos was seen with the highest number of infected cases, which is 21, while Rivers recorded 16.

The national public health institute showed that FCT had 5, Kano 3, and Akwa Ibom 2.

Meanwhile, Ebonyi and Ekiti had a similar record of 1 respectively.

NCDC through this record showed that the country has summed up to a total number of 165,901 confirmed cases.

The total number of discharged cases was also recorded to be 156,459, while the total number of death remained at 2,067, revealing that no life has been lost.
