Nigeria’s COVID-19 Cases Rise By 102

Nigeria’s COVID-19 cases rose by 102 to 166,918 on Tuesday.

Gatekeepers News reports that the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) announced 102 new infections which take the nation’s total confirmed cases to 166,918.

The fresh cases were reported in nine Nigerian States; Ondo-68, Bayelsa-17, Kaduna-5, Lagos-3, Rivers-3, Akwa Ibom-2, Gombe-2, Ebonyi-1 and Oyo-1.

As of the 8th of June, 2021, Nigeria has successfully managed 163,259 patients while 2,117 persons have died of complications.
