Biden In Brussels For NATO And EU Summits

United States President, Joe Biden is currently in Brussels, capital of Belgium for the NATO and the European Union summits.

Gatekeepers News reports that Biden arrived in Brussels on Sunday evening ahead of two days of summits which is part of his first foreign trip since he assumed office.

Biden already attended a summit of G7 rich democracies in Britain over the weekend.

The U.S President will join a meeting of NATO national leaders in Brussels today, (Monday, June 14), followed by another summit tomorrow (Tuesday, June 15) with top EU officials in the bloc’s political hub.

Biden has pledged to rebuild relations with allies after four solid years under former President Donald Trump, who drew Washington out of a global pact to fight climate change and threatened at one point to quit NATO.

The U.S President, will after the Brussels summits, travel to Geneva to meet Russian President, Vladimir Putin on Thursday (June 16).
