Chris Brown is currently under investigation by the police for hitting a woman.
Gatekeepers News reports that a woman has accused R n B Singer Chris Brown of slapping her in Los Angeles.
Chris Brown allegedly hit the woman, and “dislodged” her weave on Friday, 2018.
A spokesman for the Los Angeles Police Department said the woman called officers to an area in the San Fernando Valley, Southern California, at 7.30 am local time.
The unnamed woman alleged that Brown smacked the back of her head and caused her weave to fall off.
Police took a battery report, which named the 32-year-old singer a suspect and is currently investigating the case.
Reports stated that the woman had no visible injuries but her weave was “dislodged”.
The spokesman added that the US singer wasn’t present when police arrived at the scene.
He added, “The victim advised that she and the suspect argued and the suspect struck her.”
Meanwhile, Chris Brown’s representatives are yet to comment on the development.
Chris Brown earlier visited the police custody two months ago over a house party where he celebrated his birthday.
He was also sued in April by his former housekeeper, Patricia Avila, who claimed the singer’s dog attacked her sister, Maria, when they were cleaning his home on 12 December last year.
The R n B star also has other series of assault charges on record, among them was that of the popular singer Rihanna, who was his then girlfriend in 2009.
