Gatekeepers News reports that the Nigerian Senate has received the report of the Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB) and will consider it on Thursday.
The PIB report was laid before the red chamber on Wednesday after the Chairman of the Joint Committee on Petroleum (upstream and downstream) and Gas Resources, Sabo Mohammed, moved a motion.
The Senate President, Ahmad Lawan, thereafter, requested that every Senator be provided a copy of the document “today” (Wednesday) ahead of its consideration on Thursday.
