Nigeria’s COVID-19 Cases Rise By 186

Nigeria Centre for Diseases Control (NCDC) has recorded 186 new cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) infections across the federation.

Gatekeepers News reports that NCDC in its record for Friday, July 9, has it that the cases were recorded in 3 states.

Lagos was seen with the highest number of infected cases, which is 175, while Rivers recorded 8 and Gombe had 3 cases.

Compilation of the newly infected cases showed that the country has summed up to a total number of 168,442 confirmed cases.

NCDC through its record highlighted that the total number of discharged cases was recorded to be 164,323.

Meanwhile, the total number of death remained static at 2,122 as no death case was recorded.
