Gatekeepers News reports that President Muhammadu Buhari has submitted the 2022-2024 Medium Term Expenditure Framework and Fiscal Strategy Paper (MTEF/FSP) to the Senate for consideration and approval.
President of the Senate Ahmad Lawan disclosed this while reading a letter to that effect on the floor of the upper chamber on Tuesday.
According to the letter read by the Senate, President Buhari’s move was to ensure early passage of 2022 budget estimates by December 2021.
