Gunmen have abducted students of college of Agriculture in Zamfara State.
Gatekeepers News reports that gunmen have abducted some students and teachers at the College of Agriculture and Animal Health in Bakura, Zamfara state, North-West Nigeria.
Deputy registrar of the college, Aliyu Bakura, confirmed the development to BBC Hausa Service.
“Last Sunday night around 10pm they entered and opened fire and took away 15 students and a teacher and his wife and two children,” he said.
Bandits had earlier in February abducted over 300 schoolgirls at Government Girls Secondary School, Jangebe in the Talata-Mafara Local Government Area of Zamfara State.
