COVID-19: 8 Dead As Total Cases Sum Up To  185,267

Nigeria Centre for Diseases Control (NCDC) has recorded new cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) infections.

Gatekeepers News reports that NCDC in its recent filing on Thursday recorded 674 new cases.

While Lagos has the highest number of infected cases, which is 355, Rivers recorded 87, and FCT 38.

Other states include Ogun (33), Akwa Ibom (32), Oyo (32), Edo (22), Ekiti (20), and Kwara (17).

Others include Delta (12), Bayelsa (8), Gombe (5), Kaduna (4), Osun (4), Enugu (2), Nasarawa (2) and Plateau (1).

Compilation of the newly infected cases showed that the country has summed up to a total number of 185,267 confirmed cases.

NCDC through its record highlighted that the total number of discharged cases was recorded to be 167,923.

The total number of death increased to be 2,244, revealing that 8 death case was recorded.
