Senator representing Anambra North, Stella Oduah has defected from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) party.
Gatekeepers News reports that Oduah, who is a former Minister of Aviation, announced her defection on Thursday.
APC Caretaker National Chairman, Mai Mala Buni; Chairman APC Anambra Campaign Council and Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma; Deputy Senate President; Ovie Omo-Agege, and the APC Governorship candidate for Anambra election, Andy Uba were present when she made her decision known.
The Senator’s defection comes ahead of the Anambra State governorship election.
