Nigeria's COVID-19 Cases Rise To 192431
Nigeria’s COVID-19 cases have risen to 192,431 with 626 new infections.

Gatekeepers News reports that the new infections were reported on Tuesday from ten (10) States; Lagos-334, Rivers-134, Oyo-60, FCT-41, Osun-20, Plateau-14, Ogun-9, Ekiti-7, Kwara-6 and Benue-1.

According to the NCDC, three (3) States; Kano, Nasarawa, and Sokoto reported zero cases.

The report further disclosed that 267 COVID-19 patients recovered and have been discharged from various isolation centres in the country while fourteen (14) persons died of complications.

Gatekeepers News reports that as of August 31, 2021, Nigeria has successfully managed 178,759 cases while 2,469 deaths have been recorded.
