Suspected terrorists have returned 5 out of the 73 kidnapped students in Zamfara State, Northwest Nigeria.
Gatekeepers News reports that the suspected terrorists returned the students to their hometown, Kaya, around 1:00 am on Thursday.
Police confirmed that the students were kidnapped on Wednesday.
A former councilor of Kaya ward, Yahaya Kaya, who made the release known to newsmen said his daughter, Amina, was among the students released by the terrorists.
He maintained that they were all in good health.
