COVID-19: Cases Sum Up To 194,088 As NCDC Records 444 New Cases

Nigeria Centre for Diseases Control (NCDC) has recorded 444 cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) infections.

Gatekeepers News reports that NCDC made this known in its recent filing on Friday, September 4.

Edo has a higher record of 71 cases, while Akwa Ibom, Kwara and Oyo had 49 new cases and Rivers 38.

Others include Kaduna (21), Ekiti (20), FCT (19), Kastina (19), Anambra (17), Delta (16), Kano (16), Bauchi (14) and Ogun (11).

While others are Bayelsa (9), Benue (9), Cross River (7), Nasarawa (5), Jigawa (2), Zamfara (2), and Enugu (1).

Compilation of the newly infected cases showed that the country has summed up to a total number of 194,088 confirmed cases.

NCDC through its record highlighted that the total number of discharged cases was recorded to be 179,679.

The total number of death increased to be 2,495, revealing that 7 death case was recorded.
