Federal Government of Nigeria has unveiled the committee that will produce the nation’s football development master plan.
Gatekeepers News reports that the Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development has constituted a 17-Man committee that would be producing a football development master plan for the country.
The Ministry in a statement said this followed the charge of President Muhammadu Buhari to stakeholders in football administration in the country to produce a Ten-Year Football Development Master Plan for Nigeria.
The members of the Committee are Emmanuel Babayaro, Sunday Oliseh, Olusegun Odegbami, Ikeddy Isiguzo, Adokiye Amiesimaka, Musa Amadu, and Dr. Bode Durotoye who is the Ministry’s Rep.
Others include John Opubor (NESG. Rep. OPS), Ayo Omidiran, Ogbu Augustine Ojiabor, Tobechukwu Okigbo(MTN), Ade Ojeikere, Ibrahim Galadima, Mohammed Sanusi(SG NFF), Ogbuefi Tony Nnachetta, Yemi Idowu, and Muhammad Daha Umar Faruk.
The Ministry added that the date and venue of their inauguration, as well as their Terms of Reference and other relevant information, will be communicated in due course.
