How I Enjoyed Dinner At Pantami’s Home – Fani-Kayode

Former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has revealed how he enjoyed dinner at Issa Pantami’s house.

Gatekeepers News reports that the Former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has hailed his ‘friend’ Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Isa Pantami for inviting him to dinner in his home on Friday.

Fani-Kayode had in April 2021, following the minister’s past comments that indicated a tie with a terrorist group, labelled Pantami as a terrorist who does not deserve to hold public office.

“He (Pantami) is a religious bigot, an ethnic supremacist, an unrepentant jihadist, a lover of bloodshed, carnage and terror and a psychopathic and clearly insane individual,” he said.

In a twist, Fani-Kayode dumped the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, and joined the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.

Fani-Kayode, in a post on his official Facebook page on Saturday, said the dinner was a privilege and honour.

He noted that they discussed important matters regarding the nation’s current situation.

He described Pantami as his friend, saying the minister hosted him on Friday night for a dinner with Governor of Zamfara State,Bello Matawalle.

Fani-Kayode said they shall continue to build bridges of peace, unity, love and understanding across the country, and “fight the war against insurgency and other security challenges to restore the glory and greatness of Nigeria”.

The post reads in part, “It was an honor and privilege for my friend and brother Governor Bello Matawalle of Zamfara state and I to have been invited to dinner at the beautiful home of my friend and brother Professor Isa Pantami, the Hon. Minister of Communication and Digital Economy, last night.

“We were there until the early hours of the morning, we had a wonderful time and we discussed crucial national and international issues and the way forward”.
