Nigeria has recorded 210 New Covid-19 cases and two deaths as infection hits 204,201.
Gatekeepers News reports that the confirmed cases of Covid-19 has increased to 204,201 as 210 new cases and two deaths were recorded in Nigeria on Saturday, 26th of September 2021.
Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) in its daily update on Coronavirus, said 192,421 cases have been discharged and 2,673 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory of the country.
According to NCDC, the new cases are reported from 13 states, with Lagos having the highest with 79 new cases.
In further report from NCDC, Edo had 20, Anambra-19, Rivers-18, Ondo-15, Gombe-14, Oyo-13, Kaduna-11, Ekiti-8, Delta-6, FCT-5, Bayelsa-1, Kano-1.
Meanwhile, a multi-sectoral national emergency operations centre (EOC), activated at Level 3, continues to coordinate the national response activities.
