Adelusola Ebenezer Femi, known by his stage name Olakira (formerly Ebenjazz) has taken to his social media to celebrate his birthday.
Gatekeepers News reports that Olakira has attracted thousands of his fans to his social media platforms after the Afro-pop & RnB Singer announced his birthday earlier today (September 27).
Olakira who is also a Producer, Afro-pop & RnB Singer, and Multi-Instrumentalist, wrote on his verified platforms; “Another chapter, all praise to THE MOST HIGH”

The Ogun-State-born immediately enrolled in a music school, after discovering his musical inclination where he met U & I Music Record label executives along the line.
In 2018, his outstanding technical contributions to the label’s projects and undeniable musical talent earned him a much-deserved record deal with U&I Music. Thereafter, he signed a worldwide publishing deal with the world’s No.1 music publishing company: Sony ATV in 2020.
In June 2018, Olakira made his debut into the Nigerian music scene with two singles, “Hey Lover” and “Flirty Signal”, with the focus of providing quality musical content while passionately building a Nigerian and international fan base.
His numerous experiences while working on hits and learning from his peers, have honed his musical skills over the last few years, and is taking the Nigerian music industry by storm, courtesy of his name Olakira, which means “Shining Star” in Swahili.
In mid-2020, Olakira released his hit single “In My Maserati” which took him to another level in the music industry in Nigeria and the World at large.
Three months after, he collaborated with multi-award-winning star Davido to release the remix to his hit single “In My Maserati”, which has garnered over 37 million views on YouTube.
Later in the same year, Olakira signed a publishing deal with Sony ATV.
In May 2021, Olakira released an EP which is a 4-track EP and two bonus tracks. The first single of the EP – ‘Sere’ has garnered over 4 million views on YouTube. He also recently released the video of one of the songs on the EP ‘Summer Time’.
He just got nominated in three categories at the All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA) 2021 as the song of the year, best artiste, due or group in African Pop, and Producer of the Year.
