1.) Job Title: Budget Monetary Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting to: Financial Cost Controller
Functional links with: Chief Financial Officer

Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze company’s financial information (such as cash management٫ expenditures٫ and revenues) making sure that company’s financial operations do not exceed budget limits
budget suggestions and requests - Review completed budgets for compliance with legal regulations
- Design and present budget-models٫ including department-level and enterprise-level ones
- Design effective budgeting policies and procedures٫ and manage their implementation
- Develop suggestions on spending to optimize the resulting budget
- Compare company’s estimated financial results with the actual ones at the end of each reporting period and analyze the differences
- Make sure company’s departments meet their budget submission deadlines
- Present yearly budget results to company’s executives and top managers
- Make forecasts about budget needs for future accounting periods.
Qualifications;
- 5+ years’ experience of working on a Budget Manager or Budget Analyst position
- Good practical experience with financial٫ accounting and statistical software
- Good knowledge of MS Excel including advanced tools and formulas٫ complex tables and charts
- Profound experience of using forecasting and data analytics methods
- Excellent analytical and numeracy skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with best practices and regulations in accounting and financial areas
- Ability to present budget and fiscal data in clear and comprehensive manner
- Have a B.Sc or M.Sc Degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant areas.

2.) Job Title: Recovery Officer
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Supervisor: Reporting to the Head of Recovery unit / Assistant Head of Recovery Unit
Deadline: 10th October, 2021.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular review and visits to client with outstanding loan portfolio at risk.
- Daily review of all the outstanding and overdue loan clients.
- Make regular reports and suggestions to the bank on actions required to protect its fund from bad loan clients.
- Recovery of classified loans.
- Initiates process to prosecute hard core debtors in line with guiding bank policy,
- Negiotes work out plan with willing debtors.
- Liaise with branches to manage and monitor non – performing loans.
- Any other responsibilities that may be assigned by immediate supervisor.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor’s Degree qualification
- Fluent in English and Hausa or Yoruba (spoken and written)
- 1 – 3 Years of experience in Recovery in a Microfinance Institution

Job Description
- As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for opening and managing new accounts.
Responsibilities
- Identify and understand the need of the Customer
- Ensure Customer profile falls within focus segment i.e. Blue, Silver or SME
- Sell the Banks Products proactively to new / prospective customers
- Obtain relevant documents on all Bank products sold, e.g. identity document, business registration documents etc
- Ensure timely submission of weekly sales activity reports to Direct Sales Manager
- Participate in weekly / monthly sales performance review meetings
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, budget achievements and cross-sell referrals
- Cross-sell opportunities identified should be referred to the Direct Sales Manager
- Ensure accuracy of all bank forms and documents executed by the Customer
- Ensure timely processing of all initiated Customer transactions, with specific emphasis on account opening and cheque book issuance
- Update call memo on a daily basis
- Ensure assigned sales target and budgets are met
- Participate in tactical sales/marketing activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
Previous 1 – 2 years experience as a DSA in a financial institution preferred
HND / B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
