Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
Stay up to date with latestdigital trends, technology and best practices.Manage all digital marketing channels.
Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
Oversee all the company’s social media accounts
Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
Manage AdWords and other paid channels
Set targets and build strategies to help achieve them
Develop and implement campaigns to better lead quality and beat the competition
Perform data analysis around web traffic and other key metrics
Monitor ROIs & KPIs, and set up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across many online channels
Draw meaningful conclusions from campaign data and identify potential opportunities for improvement
Communicate with team members on campaign developments, timelines, and results.
Requirements
B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
At least 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or similar role and experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
Good knowledge of different digital marketing channels
Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
Critical thinker, pro-active foot soldier, excellent communicator, formidable team player and problem-solver
Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, social media content, brochures and websites with appropriate software.
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
At least 2 years’ experience as a graphics / creative designer.
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
A strong eye for visual composition.
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
Experience with computer-aided design.
He/She must have excellent graphic design, animation and video editing skills.
He/she must be proactive, innovative and ready to work with little or no supervision.
Identifying new markets and business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching, analyzing sales options and arranging meetings with potential customers
Maintaining relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Responsible for opening up new sales outlets and ensuring that these translates into ROI
Monitor sales data and keep up to date with current market trends and customer needs.
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecast to the management team.
Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting
Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholder
Positively represent the company at all times through a success-oriented and professional demeanour.
Requirements
You have a Bachelor’s Degree
You have over 6 years professional Medical Sales experience
You have proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office (MS word, Excel)
You are a great communicator with excellent presentation skills
