Invent Alliance is recruiting to fill the following positions;
1.) Business Development Officer (Warehouse Storage Space Services)
Location: Lagos
Deadline: 15th December, 2021.
Responsibilities
- Establishing strong relationship with existing and prospective customers.
- Constantly analyzing the market and trends to find new growth opportunities.
- Creating new sales and bringing new key accounts in order to gain market share.
- Define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
- Identifying business and products gap and consequently introducing solutions and measures to breach those gaps.
- Manage customers by overcoming resistance, building trust and with regular follow up to close more sales.
- Maintaining the current and developing sales with existing customers. Contributing to and preparing the business plan and executing them properly towards the economical and financial progress of the company.
- Establishing a structure/team that will support the expected growth rate of the business.
- Work with company’s internal team, marketing staff, and other managers in order to increase sales opportunities and to maximize the revenue of the company.
- Work for the improvement of the company’s market position and achieve financial growth of the company.
Education and Qualification
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in business development of a warehouse or logistics business.
2.) Bakery Operations Officer
Location: Lagos
Deadline: 15th December, 2021.
Job Description
- The Operations Officer co-ordinates and manages the timely production of all product lines to defined quality standards and customer requirements; and ensures the efficient use of resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Microbiology / Biochemistry etc)
- Minimum of 1 year’ experience in a production/manufacturing/baking environment
- Experience in food service industry is a plus.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Demonstrated knowledge of various production management techniques and practices
Self –starter; must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team - Computer literate with experience with an enterprise management or other production management software/Microsoft office tools
- Must be available to work weekends.
3.) Marketing Officer (Bakery)
Location: Lagos
Deadline: 15th December, 2021.
Requirements
- Must be able to ACTUALLY sell and market food products such as BREAD, create access to new markets, build new Channels of Products Sales, Marketing and Distribution
- Not less than 2 years relevant & related work experience is Minimum Standard.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong Research, Analytical skills.
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, as performance monitoring will be done Quarterly.
- Excellent ICT skills
- Should be result driven, dynamic, persuasive& have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
4.) Real Estate Marketer / Business Development
Location: Lagos
Deadline: 31st October, 2021.
Responsibilities
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, and participation in multiple listing services.
- Must be able to Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
- Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
- Inspect condition of premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property.
- Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers’ needs and financial resources.
- Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features.
Requirements
- Degree in any field with at least 1 year of work experience.
- Previous work in marketing for real estate, architecture, design or construction industries preferred is an added advantage.
- Solution-oriented with ability to build relationships across a cross-disciplinary team comprised of diverse personalities, skill sets, and levels of experience
- Demonstrable grasp of the Real Estate Development and Property Management
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and self-directed
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong communication capabilities, written and verbal.
