1.) Managing Director
Location: Lagos

Main Duties and Tasks
Brand Shop Business Management:
- Leading Nationwide Sales team Members to achieve Sales target, while ensuring that all aspects of business operate smoothly and efficiently;
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate distributor networks across Nigeria;
- Onboard massive distribution networks across Nigeria in the Modern trade and online business market;
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches of competitor brands;
- Negotiate and close agreements with large key customers;
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts;
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities;
- Lontor Modern Trade Business Management:
- Develop Strategic marketing plans for company growth and improvement of sales with the aim of maximizing profits and cost minimization. (developing and implementing effective sales strategies);
- Ensuring that the operating objectives and standards of performance are not only understood but owned by the management and other employees;
- Taking remedial action where necessary and informing the Chairman of significant changes;
- Maintaining the operational performance of the company;
- Representing the company to major customers and professional associations;
- Building and maintaining an effective executive team;
Reporting:
- Detailed Reporting of activities, challenges and plans to the Chairman and Senior Management Executives in China HQTRS on a daily, weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis;
- Provide the Chairperson with monthly management reports for inclusion in monthly management meetings;
- Other ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Chairman & China HQTRS;
Management:
- Prepare a corporate plan, annual business plan and monitor progress against these plans to ensure that the company attains its objectives as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible;
- Establish and maintain effective formal and informal links with major customers, relevant government departments and agencies, local authorities, key decision-makers and other stakeholders generally, to exchange information and views and to ensure that the company is providing the appropriate range and quality of services;
- Working closely with the senior management team on sales strategy and approach to winning new business;
Budget Management:
- Work with the Choice International Group HQTRs to establish and manage the Company budget, including competitive team budgets, and other cost and revenue items;
- Setting company budgets and forecasts alongside the Finance General Manager and departmental heads;
- Any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree / HND qualifications
- At least 15 years of work experience.
2.) Logistics Manager
Location: Lagos
Deadline: 30th October, 2021.
Main Duties and Tasks
- Negotiating with agents on fees
- Daily logistics progress monitoring and internal cost control
- Application for logistics documents and certificates;
- Manage the agents and maintain the relationship between the shipping company and the port;
- Supervise subordinates’ work progress and work report.
- Follow up the supply/distribution of modern trade channel
- Plan, arrange and execute product delivery plan
- Manage company fleets of trucks for delivery actions
- Report shipment deliveries schedule
- Prepare and submit an activity report
- Comprehensive management and strategic planning in carrying out all related logistics activities in accordance with company business needs.
- Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
- Develop weekly reports and send them to the supervisor.
- Any other tasks as assigned.
3.) After-sales Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities
- Train, motivate, and lead after sales teams to achieve set objectives and targets
- Maintain contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality
- Assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products or services
- Build and establish good work relationship with clients to facilitate increased patronage and revenue
- Monitor contract details to notify clients of pending expiration and help process renewal
- Organize promotional and marketing campaigns to create awareness and product publicity
- Supervise the operations of after sales teams to ensure set targets are met
- Develop and implement strategies effective for ensuring a satisfied clientele and increased returns
- Liaise with other sales departmental heads to discuss business plans necessary for enhancing sales performance
- Direct and coordinate the customer service operation of a team to ensure clients are tended appropriately in line with set customer service standards
- Develop and optimize support and service processes, tools, and systems
- Conduct price and contract negotiations with clients to establish contract details and attain profit margin
- Oversee all post-sales services provided to clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of job operations by conducting research and participating in educational programs
- Provide periodic reports to management on all after-sales activities
- Ensure compliance with all general and company policies when carrying out job duties.
4.) Inventory Assistant
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels of Products
- Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry
- Assists in other Inventory tasks
- Maintain database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND qualification
- At least 3 years experience handling inventory/warehousing related tasks.
- Good communication skills
- Strong learning ability
- Proficient in the use of microsoft excel.
