Nigeria’s House of Representatives Speaker, Femi Gbajabiamila has saluted the Oba of Lagos, Rilwanu Akiolu on his 78th birthday celebration.
Gatekeepers News reports that the Speaker of the Nigeria’s House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, has congratulated the Oba of Lagos, Oba Rilwan Babatunde Osuolale Aremu Akiolu on his 78th birthday.
Gbajabiamila in a statement he personally signed said Oba Rilwan has been a “great inspiration to leaders across the country, noting that his leadership qualities are unique.”
He noted that at 78, Rilwan Akiolu has “demonstrated uncommon commitment and dedication to the growth and development of his people and Nigerians as a whole.”
Gbajabiamila said he was personally proud of the Oba of Lagos, whom he described as a pillar of hope and unity.
He noted with delight the selfless service of the Oba of Lagos since his ascension to the throne in 2003, saying Oba Rilwan Akiolu has been a father to all.
Gbajabiamila prayed for more fruitful years in good health and increased wisdom for the Oba of Lagos.
