Yahaya Bello Congratulates Soludo

Kogi State Governor Alhaji Yahaya Bello has congratulated Prof Charles Soludo over his victory in the Anambra governorship election.

Gatekeepers News reports that Kogi State governor Yahaya Bello congratulated Soludo, All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) candidate, over his victory in the just-concluded Anambra governorship election.

The Kogi state governor felicitated with the governor-elect on the Channels TV Politics programmes before responding to an interview question.

He stated that the victory of Soludo has proven that elections under the leadership of the incumbent president, Muhammadu Buhari, are free, fair and credible.

Bello also congratulated the current governor of the state, Willie Obiano, over the success of the election and the victory of the political party, APGA.

Soludo is expected to be sworn into office in March 2022 after the expiration of the two-term tenure of the incumbent governor.
