Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo has attended the All Nigeria Judges’ Conference in Abuja.
Gatekeepers News reports that Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo has represented President Muhammadu Buhari at the All Nigeria Judges’ Conference in Abuja on Monday.
Also present at the conference were Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Tanko Muhammad; Justice of the Supreme court, Mary Odili; and Lawmaker representing Etinan/Nsit Ibom/Nsit Ubium in Akwa Ibom, Oniofiok Luke who represented the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila.
President Buhari assured the judges of his administration’s continuous support for the judiciary.
He said, “The federal government will continue to support efforts and reforms that safeguard the integrity of the Nigerian judiciary, its independence from all forms of interference, and ensure it maintains the highest level of responsiveness and professional standards.”
