Nigeria’s COVID-19 Cases Rise To 213321

Nigeria’s COVID-19 cases rose to 213,321 on Tuesday with 144 new infections.

Gatekeepers News reports that the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) made this known in its daily update on coronavirus.

The fresh cases were recorded in 13 States; Imo-38, Plateau-20, Lagos-17, FCT-16, Kwara-15, Zamfara-15, Ondo-7, Rivers-5, Taraba-4, Oyo-3, Bauchi-2, Edo-1 and Ekiti-1.

The NCDC added that Tuesday’ report includes: 4 states with zero cases reported: Katsina, Ogun, Osun, and Sokoto.

  • 269 recoveries reported for FCT for 15th (36) and 16th (233) November 2021 including community discharges
  • 20 cases reported for Plateau state for 15th (15) and 16th (5) November 2021
  • 17 cases reported for Lagos state for 15th (11) and 16th (6) November 2021
  • 16 cases reported for FCT for 15th (3) and 16th (13) November 2021

As of November 16th, Nigeria has recorded 206,206 recoveries and 2,973 deaths.
