Famous Yoruba Nollywood actor, Baba Suwe is dead.
Gatekeepers News reports that famous Yoruba actor, Babatunde Omidina, well known as Baba Suwe has passed away.
Baba Suwe gave up the ghost on Monday after a long battle with an illness.
The prolific actor, born on August 22, 1958, was married to comedienne Omoladun Omidina, who died in September 2009.
He dominated the Yoruba movie industry for decades as he featured in several movies and bagged many awards.
A source who confirmed this said, “The legend is gone, he left today to be in a place of rest.”
