President Muhammadu Buhari has directed the immediate suspension of the inauguration of the newly constituted Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC) board.
Gatekeepers News reports that the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha has announced suspension of the newly constituted Board of the NNPC scheduled for Wednesday, November 24, 2021, until further notice.
Mustapha, who announced this in a statement, said a new date for the inauguration of the Board will be announced in due course.
He wrote further, “We deeply regret inconveniences caused to members by this suspension, please.”
