Nigeria Records 105 New COVID-19 Cases

Nigeria on Tuesday recorded 105 new COVID-19 cases, as total infections rose to 214,218.

Gatekeepers News reports that the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) made the disclosure in its daily update on the Coronavirus outbreak.

NCDC said the fresh cases were reported from 9 States; Lagos-43, Gombe-21, FCT-16, Niger-10, Rivers-6, Plateau-5, Edo-2, Bauchi-1 and Kano-1.

The Center for Disease Control added that the report includes:

  • 43 cases reported from Lagos state for 29th (33) and 30th (10)
  • 16 cases reported from FCT for 29th (6) and 30th (10).

Till date, 207,304 recoveries and 2,977 deaths have been recorded in the country.
