Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) recorded 533 new cases of Covid-19 across the country.
Gatekeepers News reports that the NCDC made this known through its daily reports for Friday, December 10.
The pandemic has claimed 2,981 lives across the country since its outbreak in 2020.
The update has it that 533 fresh cases were recorded across 10 states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
The record, according to the commission include
Lagos (428), FCT (45), Rivers (33), Edo (9), Ogun (8), Oyo (3), Delta (2), Kaduna (2), Gombe (1), Jigawa (1), and Kano (1).
No death case was recorded added to the current record, as the statistics remains at 2,981 deaths.
The total number of discharged cases was also recorded to be 207,661.
