Gatekeepers News reports that Remi Babalola, Chairman of FBN Holdings Plc today resigned from the board of the company.
This is coming on heels of Femi Otedola, the single largest shareholder of the company saying he was not interested in any board position.
The news of his resignation took the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), unawares and at the time of filling this report, has not announced a replacement.
