Nigeria’s COVID-19 cases continues to rise as 404 new cases were recorded by the NCDC on Sunday.
Gatekeepers News reports that the new cases are from 12 States according to Nigeria Centre for Disease Control.
The NCDC noted that Oyo State reported the highest infections of the day with 122 new cases, followed by FCT (84), Lagos (52), Kaduna (51).
Others include; Imo (20), Delta (18), Kano (17), Kwara (16), Rivers (11), Enugu (10), Ogun (2), Edo (1).
Till date, 223,887 cases have been confirmed, 211,537 cases have been discharged and 2,985 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
