Nigeria's COVID-19 Cases Rise By 2123
Nigeria’s COVID-19 cases rose by 2123 cases on Tuesday to 227,378 total infections.

Gatekeepers News reports that the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) made this known in its daily update on coronavirus.

Lagos State led the infection chart with 1552 cases, followed by FCT which recorded 197 and Edo-155.

Others are; Rivers-81, Delta-44, Plateau-33, Kwara-30, Kano-16, Enugu-12, Gombe-2 and Bauchi-1.

NCDC, in its report, added that Tuesday’s report includes:

▪️33 confirmed cases and 10 discharges reported from Plateau state for 20th December 2021
▪️12 confirmed cases reported from Enugu state for 20th December 2021
▪️ 0 cases reported from Sokoto State

As of December 21st, Nigeria has recorded 211,761 recoveries and 2,989 deaths.
