Nigeria’s COVID-19 cases continues to rise as 420 new cases were recorded by the NCDC on Monday.
Gatekeepers News reports that the new cases are 13 from States according to Nigeria Centre for Disease Control.
The NCDC noted that Lagos State reported the highest infections of the day with 301 new cases, followed by Kwara (90), Akwa Ibom (49), FCT (39), Kano (33) Rivers (31).
Other states includes; Cross River (17), Ogun (17), Kaduna (15), Edo (11), Niger (9), Oyo (5), Abia (1).
Till date, 248,732 cases have been confirmed, 219,479 cases have been discharged and 3,085 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
