Covid-19: Nigeria Records 22 New Cases As Infection Hits 253,023 

Nigeria has recorded 22 New Covid-19 cases and zero deaths as infection hits 253,023.

Gatekeepers News reports that the confirmed cases of Covid-19 has increased to 253,023 as 22 new cases and zero deaths were recorded in Nigeria on Sunday, 30th of January 2022.

Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) in its daily update on Coronavirus, said 229,019 cases have been discharged and 3,135 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory of the country.

According to NCDC, the new cases are reported from 5 States, with Osun State, South West Nigeria having the highest with 9 new cases.
