Armed robbers on Thursday afternoon attacked a bullion van in Ibadan, Oyo State, killing police officers and passersby.
Gatekeepers News reports that the bullion van transporting money to a bank at Idi-Ape in Ibadan North East Local Government Area of the State when it was attacked by the robbers who shot three police officers and four other people dead.
A video of the incident that surfaced online showed many vehicles being parked on the road as occupants have fled for their lives.
It was however not clear if the robbers successfully cart away with the money as at the time of filing this report.
