Students of the University of Benin (UNIBEN) on Wednesday protested in solidarity with the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).
Gatekeepers News earlier reported that ASUU declared a one-month warning strike on Monday over the Federal Government’s failure to meet its demand.
UNIBEN students marched out in their numbers, blocking the busy Benin/Lagos highway in support of the members of the ASUU and called on the Government to meet the demands of the lecturers and make learning more convenient for them.
