Job Title: Programmes / Admin Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

The Programmes / Admin Manager will organize and monitor inter-connected programmes.
Ensure effective coordination and management of the organization’s community.
Provide events planning and coordination.
Work with the internal team to design and implement suitable marketing and communication strategies for the programmes.

Requirements

Degree in Management, Law, Social Sciences or a relevant field; MSc/MA/MBA or advanced certification is desirable.
5+ years proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position
Demonstrable understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
Good knowledge of performance evaluation and programme reporting.
Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
HR and Accounting background is also desirable.

Job Title: Communications & Partnerships Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

The Communications & Partnerships Officer will contribute to the development of an approved Communications, PR, and Fundraising Strategy for the organization.
Execute the organization’s approved Communications, PR, and Fundraising Strategy.
Ensure the top-of-mind awareness for the organization all year round.
Develop, support, and promote organizational goals, including message development, social media content creation, and media outreach.
Develop and disseminate public relations materials that increase visibility among stakeholders.
Work on Advocacy Campaigns.

Requirements

3+ years experience in communications strategy development.
Digital Marketing, Database Marketing, and Content creation certification would be an added advantage.
Comfortable with creative tools like Canva.
Demonstrable experience with fundraising and grant writing.
Social Media Savvy.
