Popular Nollywood actress, Kemi Afolabi has revealed that she has less than five years to live.
Gatekeepers News reports that the Yoruba actress disclosed that she was diagnosed with Lupus, a chronic disease with no cure.
According to the actress, her doctor told her a year ago that she has five years left to live and she isn’t sure of how much time she has left. She stated that she will be on medications for the rest of her life.
Kemi also noted that illness has cost her a lot as she had to sell some of her properties in order to get proper medical care.
Afolabi, who quoted her doctor, said, “Make sure you are with your loved ones. At least, you still have up to five years to live.”
“I have lupus. It’s not curable. I just have to take medications for the rest of my life,” she said during an interview with Chude Jideonwo on Friday.
