Nigeria’s COVID-19 Cases Rise to 255,001

Nigeria’s COVID-19 cases continues to rise as 12 new cases were recorded by the NCDC on Monday.

Gatekeepers News reports that the new cases are 4 from States according to Nigeria Centre for Disease Control.

The NCDC noted that Kaduna State reported the highest infections of the day with 5 new cases, followed by Delta (2), Rivers (3), Oyo (1).

Today’s report includes:

A backlog of 4 confirmed cases reported for Kaduna state for 10th March 2022

8 States with zero cases reported: Cross River, Ekiti, Kano, Nasarawa, Ogun, Ondo, Osun and Sokoto

Till date, 255,001 cases have been confirmed, 249,373 cases have been discharged and 3,142 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
