Nigerian musician, Innocent Idibia who is better known as 2Baba has reacted to the allegations made against his wife Annie Idibia by her elder brother, Wisdom Macauley.
Gatekeepers News reports that on Wednesday, Wisdom called out Annie in a video posted online and accused her of being a drug addict. He claimed Annie introduced him to drugs and also enslaved him for years. He said Annie has refused to pay him all his dues during the period he worked for her.
“Hello Nigerians, my name is Wisdom Macaulay, I am the elder brother of Annie Macaulay Idibia. I’m crying out for help at this moment because my life is been threatened. I have been working with my sister for some time but she would never pay me my dues,” he said in the video.
“Annie introduced me to drugs, hard drugs, Annie takes drugs, she is a drug addict, she takes it every day, she is so violent, she doesn’t have peace with anyone, she fights everybody,” he added.
Annie’s husband, 2Baba while reacting to Wisdom’s claims, stated that some family members “are your worst enemies.”
“Dear Wisdom, I hope you’re happy with this post. I hope you will continue to stand by this your post? Well, no matter what, it is still nothing. But best wishes and prayers for you from Annie and I. I understand people telling Annie not to respond but this cuts deep. Respect to family, but sometimes some family is your worst enemy,” he wrote.
