Kunle Adeyanju, the Nigerian tourist who embarked on a bike ride from London to Lagos, has gotten to Burkina Faso.
Gatekeepers News reports that Adeyanju alleged he was earlier denied entry into Cote D’Ivoire despite traveling 400 km to get there.
However, the tourist, while disclosing this in a Tweet on Sunday did not disclose why he was not allowed into the West African nation.
The adventurer had also said authorities at the Nigerian embassy are already addressing the issue.

“Denied entry into Cote D’Ivoire, had to turn back….. Sad! Nigerian embassies on it,” he had written.
“Hard day! Just got back. After riding 400km to the border, denied entry, because I refused to…. Sad! As often said ‘there are a thousand and one ways to go round Egypt’ Egypt here denoting a challenge. We will solve the challenge and get back on course!”
Nevertheless, his never relenting spirit has kept him moving as the tourist announced via Twitter that he has gotten to Burkina Faso.

On April 19, Adeyanju embarked on a bike trip to raise funds for sustaining Africa’s polio-free status. He also disclosed that his target is to raise the sum of N20 million.
The bike rider stated that the journey is expected to take 25 days.
