How Firefighters Rescued Four-Year-Old Boy From 120-Foot Well
Lagos fire and rescue service have rescued a four-year-old boy from a well in the Ojokoro community area in the State.

Gatekeepers News reports that the child fell into the well on Wednesday while playing in the area.

According to a statement by Margaret Adeseye, director of the Lagos state fire and rescue service, the child was brought out of the well and is currently receiving treatment.

“The Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service has rescued a male child of about four years old at No 11, Odushola Street, Off Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway, Ojokoro, Lagos,” the statement reads.

“The child, who was reportedly playing around before falling into a well of about 120 feet depth around 17:28 hours on Wednesday within the storey building, was rescued alive by the firefighters from Agege fire station.

“The boy is recuperating in a nearby hospital and he is in a stable condition.”
