Gatekeepers News reports that the comedian, born Stanley Chibunna, made the announcement via an Instagram post wherein he shared a photo revealing the hand of his partner while showing off the engagement ring.
Funnybone said he popped the question “politely” and got a positive response from her. He also talked about how the hashtag for his upcoming wedding occasion was picked.
Although Funnybone did not reveal the identity of his bride-to-be, but one could tell that it was not actress Genevieve Nnaji because of the hand in the photo shared on Instagram.
“Finally!!! I asked politely and she said YES!!!,” he said.
“And then my home boy @akahnnani fine-tuned our hashtag to #Stanleysangel. We have a wedding to plan fam.”
Gatekeepers News reports that the comedian had on May 3, penned a romantic note to the Nnaji.
