Gatekeepers News reports that the delegates from the 36 states and the FCT are expected to arrive at the venue between 10 am and 1 pm, according to the timetable.
The party’s national chairman, Abdullahi Adamu is expected to deliver the welcome address at 3:40 pm.
The presidential hopefuls will be allowed to deliver their remarks between 4:45 pm and 5:45 pm, while President Muhammadu Buhari will deliver his speech at 5:45 pm.
The delegates will start voting from 6pm to 9pm, while the result will be announced at 10pm.
About 2,322 delegates from the 36 states and the FCT are expected to vote. The northern region has 1,254 delegates while the southern region has 1,068 delegates.
Based on geopolitical zones, the north-west has 558 delegates, followed by the south-west with 411; north-central has 360; the north-east has 336, the south-south has 372, and the south-east has the least number of delegates with 285.
