Job Title: Admin / Liaison Officer

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to determine travel dates and financial considerations.
• Promote travel products like flight tickets, tours/holidays, and visa promos and provide detailed advice on routes and destinations.
• Helping passengers and customers with all travel-related inquiries including but not limited to changes or cancellations, and promoting special offers.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert them to sales.
• Build and maintain cordial relationships with all clients; meet and strive to exceed quality and productivity goals.
• Providing clients with all pertinent documentation.
• Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork, and ensuring that this is submitted on time.
• Verifying the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents.
• Data entry and maintaining client files.

Requirements

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 5 years of relevant (Travel and Tourism Industry) work experience.
• Must have good public relations skills.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft Word and Excel – Essential.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
