Gatekeepers News reports that the embattled Yoruba actor has been in a protracted legal battle after he was said to have s*xually assaulted a 14-year-old girl.
Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo, on Tuesday, convicted Baba Ijesha of indecent treatment of a child, s*xual assault, and attempted s*xual assault in a two-hour judgment.
Taiwo, however, discharged and acquitted him of count one and count six, which were: s*xual assault by penetration and attempted s*xual assault by penetration.
