Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom
Job Description
- riting, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone calls, chats (tawk to and other social media handles) and emails and escalate all exceptions for resolution
- Ensure high standard in all customer correspondences, engaging customers with the highest level of professionalism, ensuring error free and well-informed interactions.
- Use social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.
- Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
- Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views in blog post.
- Monitoring social media and company website metrics.
- Utilizing SEO methods to increase site traffic.
- Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares).
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.
- Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Marketing, Computer Science, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years of work experience.
- Experience creating strong, engaging content.
- A portfolio of applicable outputs.
- General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content.
- Proficient using multi-social posting programs
- Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
