Job Position: Office Manager.
Reports To General Manager.
Direct Reports Administrative Officer
Department: Administration
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Salary range: N300,000k to N400,000k (net monthly)
Job Summary:
Day – to – day management of the office premises and oversight of the workspace operations.
Responsibilities
•Daily office management through administrative, financial, and managerial
tasks and functions.
•Management of the premises, support staff, and services of the company to
ensure consistency and high quality of operations.
•Oversee and direct all aspects of the office’s operations including
letting, memberships, finance, and sales.
•Handling of company’s telephone and social media account to
respond and manage inquiries about the workspace and garden.
•Resolve member related issues to ensure a cohesive community and
manage member expectations.
•Oversee company financials including accounts payable and
accounts receivable.
•Preparation, management, and reconciliation of monthly income &
expenditure.
•Working closely with management to develop new business initiatives
periodically.
•Establishing unique needs of potential clients and tailoring service offerings
accordingly.
•Giving tours of the workspace to prospective clients and communicate
Workbox’s value proposition in a convincing sales pitch.
•Ensure a positive image of the WorkBox brand is always maintained for walk-in guests, prospects, and existing customers.
•Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
•Periodically administer satisfaction surveys to members of the hub to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as an active member of a team.
Required:
•Minimum BSc/HND Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.
•Minimum 3 years post-NYSC experience in a similar position.
•Qualification or demonstrable proficiency in IT: MS Word,
Outlook, Excel, Access and database software, as well as
wireless and wired networking.
Desired:
•Experience of marketing and communications, including social media
management.
•Qualification or demonstrable proficiency in budgetary management:
managing cash-flow, basic financial forecasting, understanding of fixed/variable costs & break-even etc. •Knowledge of facility management and property maintenance issues.
