Couple kidnapped with their four children during the attack on the Abuja-Kaduna train, have regained freedom.
Gatekeepers News had reported that Maryam Bobbo was kidnapped with her family on March 28.
The bandits demanded N200M each as ransom for the couple, waiving that of the four children
It is yet unclear if ransom was paid for their release.
Also released was a 60-year-old woman identified as Hajia Aisha Hassan. She was said to have been released due to life-threatening health challenges that deteriorated recently.
Gatekeepers News source who confirmed the development shared pictures after the family and the woman were received by negotiator and controversial Islamic scholar, Sheikh Ahmad Gumi.
