EFCC Transfers Arrested Ogun Speaker To Abuja For Questioning
Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has flown the arrested Speaker of the Ogun State House of Assembly, Olakunle Oluomo, to the Federal Capital Territory (F.C.T) in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital, for further questioning.

Gatekeepers News earlier reported that Oluomo was arrested on Thursday morning at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos, Southwest part of the country, over alleged financial crimes. The speaker was said to have been invited by the anti-graft agency several times but he failed to honour the invitations.

Hours after being questioned at the EFCC office in Lagos, the embattled lawmaker has been flown to Abuja for further questioning.

The EFCC is yet to release an official statement concerning the arrest of the Speaker.
